It's been a good day...
Jul. 22nd, 2004 11:18 pmThe Nielson people came back and finally finished hooking up all they thingamagiggers... but not before buying me a brand new VCR/DVD player and 2 new TV's!!!
They had to keep replacing my original TV/VCR because it apparently wasn't good enough for their equipment, and it kept breaking... so they just gave up and bought me new stuff. Being poor and having shitty stuff actually paid off, for probably the only time in my life. lol... I wish life were always that easy.
Also, I actually picked up my paints again... and it feels good. I keep forgetting that having time off for the summer means that I can actually do stuff like that again... instead of being a pathetic couch potato. :-P I should probably get caught up on a lot of things I don't usually have time for... but I also don't have much time for slacking... and it just feels so good. But, wow... I only have 4 weeks left... time just flys!
