Ginger Steak

I was unsure how this was going to taste, but I gave it a shot anyway. & wow. Fucking fantastic! lemonruss sopped up the rest of the sauce with his tater tots, it was so good.

Also the three of us finally beat Pandemic! This is very hard to do, but seriously fun to try. :)
