In the battle between you and the world, bet on the world

Sometimes the best solution to morale problems is just to fire all of
the unhappy people.

For every winner there are hundreds of losers. Odds are you are one of them.

If you're not part of the solution, there is good consulting money to be
made in prolonging the problem.

There are no stupid questions, but there are a LOT of inquisitive idiots.

The best leaders inspire by example. When that's not an option brute
intimidation works pretty well too.

That which does not kill me postpones the inevitable.

The only consistent feature of all of your bad relationships is you.

It's lonely at the top, but there is some comfort in looking down at all
the others.

Get to work. You aren't being paid to believe in the power of your dreams.

There is an island of opportunity in the middle of any difficulty. Miss
that though, and you're pretty much screwed.

The harder you try, the dumber you look.

Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.

If you really believe you can compensate for your lack of skill by
doubling your efforts, there is no end to what you cannot do.

Always remember that you are unique, just like everyone else.

If you can't do something well, learn to enjoy doing it poorly.

Mediocrity takes a lot less time and most customers won't notice until
after you've been paid.

It could be that your purpose in life is only to serve as a warning for
others.

Not everyone gets to be an astronaut when they grow up.

Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely, but it also rocks!

The downside to being better than everyone else is that people assume
you're pretentious.

No matter how big your problems seem now, just remember you've probably
only seen the tip of them.

Hard work may pay off over time, but laziness pays off right now.

If you never try anything new, you'll miss out on many of life's great
disappointments.

Just because you're necessary, doesn't mean you're necessarily important.
